Machine, Accessories and Customer Kit Returns
For any machine, accessory or customer kit return you must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) or Help Ticket (HT) number. Obtain a RMA or HT number by calling Customer Service at 1-888-MINIPKR (1-888-646-4757) for the United States and Canada and 00800-FREEFLOW (00800-373-33569) for outside the US and Canada.
Damaged Machine, Accessories or Customer Kits
If the machine, accessory or customer kit carton was damaged in transit and the product inside is also damaged, contact the carrier (Fed Ex or UPS) immediately. Transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier.
MACHINE, ACCESSORIES AND CUSTOMER KIT RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS
For Mini Pak'R machines, accessories and customer kits, we will accept product returns up to 7 days after you purchase the machine, as stated on your sales or delivery receipt regardless of reason. We will refund the original price plus tax (if applicable) minus a 15% restocking charge (original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) if: a) you follow the machine, accessories and customer kits return process, and b) machines are undamaged and accessories and customer kits are unopened and returned in their original packaging. FPI will be responsible for return shipping costs.
OUT OF THE BOX FAILURE
If the Mini Pak'R machine does not operate at its first use out of the box, please call FPI Customer Service at 1-888-MINIPKR (1-888-646-4757) for the United States and Canada and 00800-FREEFLOW (00800-373-33569) for outside the US and Canada. “Out of the box” failure must be reported within 7 days after you purchase the machine, as stated on your sales or delivery receipt. Any failure after 7 days will be subject to service under the machine warranty. FPI will be responsible for return shipping costs.
FOR MACHINE WARRANTY RETURNS
If you are having machine problems, please refer to Technical FAQs for assistance. If this does not remedy the problem, please call FPI Customer Service at 1-888-MINIPKR (1-888-646-4757) for the United States and Canada and 00800-FREEFLOW (00800-373-33569) for outside the US and Canada and if the problem is not resolved, obtain a RMA number. FPI will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Machine, Accessories and customer Kits return Process
Step one - Obtain a RMA or HT number by calling Customer Service at 1-888-MINIPKR (1-888-646-4757) for the United States and Canada and at 00800-FREEFLOW (00800-373-33569) for outside the US and Canada. The RMA or HT number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Step two - Prepare your package for shipping:
1. Place the product in its original package 2. Include all items originally in the package 3. Package the product properly to avoid damage 4. On the outside of the package, write your RMA or HT number in bold letters 5. Have package ready for the FED EX Ground driver when they arrive and Fed EX Ground will label the box for the return.
If you return any machine, accessory or customer kit outside of this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed pending proof of delivery to our warehouse. Please follow the directions above or you will assume risk of loss and payment of return freight.
If FPI Customer Service is unable to resolve a Mini Pak'R machine problem by telephone and you decide to return the machine for repair and FPI Customer Service determines that the machine is under warranty, you will have no charge. If the machine is not under warranty, then you will be called with an estimate to fix the problem and we will obtain a credit card number to charge the repair fees.
