Film Returns
For Film Returns purchased at a distributor, please contact the distributor where you purchased the product.
For Film Returns purchased at www.fpintl.com or ordered over the phone from FP International follow the instructions below.
For any film return you must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at 1-888-MINIPKR (1-888-646-4757) for the United States and Canada and 00800-FREEFLOW (00800-373-33569) for outside the US and Canada.
Damaged Film
If the film carton was damaged in transit and the product inside is also damaged, contact the carrier (Fed Ex or UPS) immediately. Transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier.
Film returns within 7 days (non- warranty returns)
For Mini Pak’R film returns we will accept product returns up to 7 days after you purchase the film, as stated on your sales or delivery receipt regardless of reason. We will refund the original price plus tax (if applicable) minus a 15% restocking charge (original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) if you: a) have used less than 75 meters of film, and b) follow the film return process. If you use more than 75 meters of film, you will receive no credit. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Film Warranty Returns (Film Does Not Work)
If the film does not work on the MINI PAK’R, check Technical FAQs and watch the Film Loading Video to make sure it’s installed properly.
If the film continues not to work correctly, please call Customer Service at 1-888-MINIPKR (1-888-646-4757) for the United States and Canada and 00800-FREEFLOW (00800-373-33569) for outside the US and Canada.
If Customer Service determines that the film is defective and you have used less than 75 meters of film, they will direct you to follow the film return process.
Film Return Process
Step one - Obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at 1-888-MINIPKR (1-888-646-4757) for the United States and Canada and at 00800-FREEFLOW (00800-373-33569) for outside the US and Canada. The RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Step two - Remove the RFID label (white tag) from inside the film core of the problem film. Discard the problem film. On the outside of the package, write your RMA number in bold letters. Mail the RFID tag to FP International at the address below for verification. After verification, you will receive a full refund on the credit card used to make the purchase.
