Warranty for MINI PAK’R™ Film
FP International (“FPI”) warrants that the film products it ships to you as an end-user customer for use with the MINI PAK’R air cushion machine are free from defects when shipped to you. FPI’s obligation under this warranty is limited to providing you with a credit to your credit card for the original price you paid for the film that proves to be defective. This warranty applies only if you are the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase as a condition to receiving a credit for defective film products. FPI will not credit you for freight charges, which are your responsibility. This warranty does not apply to film that you purchase from a distributor or other re-seller. If you purchased film from a distributor or other re-seller, you must contact that distributor or re-seller if you wish to make a claim for defective film.

Limitations of Warranty/Local Laws
FPI will have no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of or the inability to use the film products.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, FPI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FPI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.
